Epic Transformation is TMA’s 1st Annual Conference and includes all in-person conference breakout sessions, workshops, general sessions, daily dinners and a 1-day ticket to visit the Ark Encounter. Children 10 years old and younger are FREE!

**ALL sessions, workshops and breakouts are meant for ADULTS and address adult content in the Christian context. However, if you would like your children to eat with you, you may purchase a catered dinner meal each night. There will not be childcare during sessions and you must supervise your own children at that time if they come to the conference and park.

You may qualify for a TMA scholarship to help attend our conference!

Requirements:

1.Pray over and send out 12 conference sponsorship letters to potential donors for your conference trip including TMA! Include in your letter that you will send them an update when the conference is complete, via a mailed letter, letting them know about your EPIC experience.

2. Include a pre-stamped, pre-addressed envelope with each letter for your donor’s ease in giving immediate cash or check donations toward your conference experience. Remember not everyone likes online transactions and a prepared envelop makes giving easy! If you have a way to receive digital funds, be sure to include that in your letter.
3. Email us your contact list of 12 potential donors: tmacorp1@yahoo.com . We want to pray over them and also have proof you are invested in your own conference experience by reaching out to others to let them know about it.
4. Following the conference, send an additional letter to each person on your list, letting them know what you got out of the conference.

Dear John and Betty Smith,

This summer I will be attending the Epic Transformation Conference hosted at the Ark Encounter in Williamstown, KY. This event is the first annual Transformation Ministries Alliance Conference for churches, ministries, overcomers from LGBTQ, and families to receive training and support in dealing with sex and gender issues in the Church. It will entail incredible times of worship, testimony, workshops, small group breakouts, and large general session trainings on topics including boldly living for Christ and walking in sexual integrity. I would like to invite you to partner with me for this trip both financially and prayerfully. I am treating this trip like a mission trip. I will meet many people impacted by sex and gender issues and learn how to effectively minister, while growing in my own personal walk with Jesus. There will be an opportunity for me to bring resources back for my church and personal use. The total of the trip costs approximately $800-$1,000 roundtrip and I would love for you to help me reach my goal with a gift of any amount. As you already know, trips like this are highly spiritual and I would love for you to keep me in prayer as I prepare for and attend this event.
